Hello! 😊 My name is Shir, and I’m studying Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at Reichman University in Israel 🇮🇱. For the past two and a half years, I’ve been teaching English in private lessons, working with both kids and adults. I’m fluent in English, and Hebrew is my mother tongue. I also love teaching Hebrew and have materials for all levels, helping people from different backgrounds and countries learn the language 🌏. In my classes, I focus on Hebrew as it’s spoken in Israel, sharing cultural insights, everyday expressions, and practical language for daily life. Since I lived in Canada 🍁 for two years as a child, I understand how meaningful it can be to stay connected to Israeli culture and language when you’re abroad. Following the October 7th tragedy, I took part in communication efforts for the return of hostages from Gaza, managing media strategy and organizing press conferences in Israel and Germany. Volunteering and supporting Israeli society is close to my heart, which is why 10% of the income from each lesson goes toward community organizations in Israel during these challenging times.
